Planning Application Maps

The OS Sitemap meets all the basic mapping requirements for submitting Planning Application to your Local Authority. Available individually as Site Plans at 1:500 or Location Plans at 1:1250 or 1:2500. These site centred plans are plotted on A4 paper by post or supplied as a PDF by Email ready for printing. The Site Plan covers 80x80 metres and the Location Plan covers either 200x200 or 400x400 metres depending on the scale selected. Larger areas need larger paper sizes for printing and we can plot these for you up to A0 if required.

OS Sitemap is based on exactly the same OS data used by Local Authorities and provides clear advantages over hand drawn images or photocopies of old plans you might have. It also pays to be copyright legal and avoid embarrassing questions when your submit you application

We also provide a discounted pack of plans which includes 1:500 and 1:1250 plots, the Planning Pack is available by post or email and features six A4 maps at each scale using up to the minute OS Sitemap large scale map data.

Overview of ordering
We provide a friendly, personal and easy to use service. Just let us know the location and the required coverage and we do the rest.
  • Complete the online order request form, remembering to give us the address for your area of interest, not your billing address.
  • Once we receive the request an operator will prepare the map and may have to check back with you to confirm the location, so make sure you gave us a daytime contact number.
  • We will then be in touch with you to arrange payment or you may receive a Paypal Invoice for orders placed overnight or at the weekend, don't worry you don't need a Paypal account.

The PDF by email product includes a licence to print six copies of the map only. If you need to print more a further print licence is required.
