Some customers are reporting that our orders are not received. We have identified BT (BT Openworld and BT Internet) and Yahoo accounts as having problems with HTML content emails and attachments. Please inform your ISP (Internet Service Provider) if an email from us is blocked. Once we have processed your payment your order is dispatched immediately. During normal business hours you should receive your order within 1 Hour.
